Chimp pushes free-trade extension for Andean nations

Free Trade: Trade unregulated and unfettered by public concerns or government regulation.. Trade that is free to exploit, pollute and pillage across international boundaries. Trade arranged to benefit the super rich and screw people who work for a living.
