Rumsfeld says he's puzzled by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice's remarks that many tactical errors were made in Iraq

Having it both ways for PR purposes or infighting? I cant decide.
    [...]
But Rumsfeld said her remark suggested she didn't understand warfare, the Washington Post reported.
"What you have here is not a static situation, you have a dynamic situation with an enemy that thinks, uses their brain, constantly adjusts, and, therefore, our commanders have to constantly make tactical adjustments," Rumsfeld said. "If someone says, well, that's a tactical mistake, then I guess it's a lack of understanding, at least my understanding, of what warfare is about."
    [...]
Rummy's understanding of what warfare is about is unending, world wide armed conflict fought by a privatized military, AKA mercenaries, the parent companies of whom are friends of neocons who are already well paid for their gun-for-hire services, and it's only going to get better, and out of the tax coffers that should be going to fund your schools, your health care, your clean air, your free wireless etc.

    He forgets to mention that.
Since he has flawlessly laid the groundwork for exactly that in Iraq how dare that token twice told besmirch his manly name in public?

He also forgets to mention that he only qualifies as a vertebrate on days he's had an intravenous infusion of viagra with his testorsterone patch.
