This is an excellent time, before the building process kicks off, to get this industry under control, make decisions about their wastes products and make damn sure they are as regulated by people concerned with safety over profit as can possibly be..

Of course, after the Bush reich it is highly unlikely there is any federal agency with enough power left to do the job, so the regulation will have to come from the state, state by state, a really stupid, Norquist-Beast spawned idea, and a very dangerous one.
