Lawyer: Bush Left Leak Details to Cheney

Well, of course.
Bush leaves everything to someone else. The man clearly has an aversion to work, and also appears to be incapable of any serious thought.
My best guess is Cheney, Rummy and some spooks from the NSA have been running things all along.
