I pointed out the fallacy in that immediately, but I wouldn't be able to understand what it is to love the unborn since I never had a baby. ( I guess this leaves expectant fathers out too)

A sick, premature baby born to a mother on Medicaid should not be treated unless the (employed at minimum wage job without health benefits) mother can make arrangements to pay back the costs incurred for treatment, because it costs too much to treat those sick premies.
I pointed out the impossibility of such a plan and was told such mothers need to be sterilized.

Nothing about controlling health care costs, mind you, would ever enter the head of this porker, let alone universal health care coverage.
Just don't spend her tax dollars on the common good.
