Explosions Hit Mexican Oil Pipelines

Pemex said Monday's explosions affected at least five pipelines in Veracruz, but reported no deaths or injuries.

I wouldn't be surprised if the oil companies themselves blew up the pipelines, though the NYT (ultra credible former home of super credible girl stenographer Judy Miller) is blaming "leftwing guerrillas."
