Loony Joshua Muravchik

Crazy Joshua Muravchik claims the cold war had a winner and America was it.

The cold war had no winners. It was a disaster for the planet, allowing the two biggest, most corrupt imperial powers to carve up much of the world into fiefdoms, arm the fiefdoms with conventional weapons as well as WMD, sic them against them each other then suck the resources and productivity from people everywhere to militarize the planet for the profit and power of a hand full of ignorant, penis worshiping zealots.

Of course, it was Russia who beat Germany in WW2 and German officers imported by Harry Atomic Bomb Truman for their intelligence against the Russians who probably invented the cold war in the first place. The arms race was and is very profitable.

In any case, senile, dribbling fool Ronald Reagan certainly did not win the cold war, though neocons and other half cooked conservative toad rectums love to make this claim, especially on FOKKKS news. The soviet system took years to implode from its own weight, and when it imploded America did not take advantage of the opportunity that implosion created by striving to build a more peaceful, less militarized country, but went full steam ahead with imperial prerogative.

Still, some conservatives with visions of world domination and multi billions etched firmly on their minds were still not satisfied and demanded that Washington take over the world, especially the oil rich middle east, through military force.

Such bald ambition is expressed in the PNAC plan, which brought us to the Iraq Debacle in which we are presently presently mired, creating terrorists in droves and instability and more threat to America than has ever befoe existed.

Muravchik is a PNAC promoter, supporter and probably a signatory though I haven't checked. I did read one of his delusional pieces in the Washington Post a couple of years ago though. He was blamming John Kerry for Cambodia or some nonsense like that. The details have slipped away. It's hard for me to retain insane ravings.

Now he's loudly advocating for doubling troop strength in Iraq, as though such a stupid move will stop the insurgency.
Muravchik doesn't grasp that the insurgents are freedom fighters. Nor does he graps the immorality of the occupation.
He wants permanent bases with permanent forces there, probably for the sake of Israel.

Many Neocons are Zionist scum unable to differentiate what is good for America from what is good for Zionism. Bases from which to badger and blow up Iran sound mighty good to Zionists. Muravchik argues his point belligerently, shouting and screaming, insisting anyone who disagrees with the neoconservative world view is anti-american. This is similar to the way anyone who criticizes the Zionist genoicide is accused of anti-semitism.

Muravchik interjects the "America won the cold war through agression" horseshit about every 3rd sentence. Maybe someone should have asked him, "Who has the better world position now, Mr Whining, loud mouth, rude, delusional fuck bag? Who has the resources now? Who is draining their country for the military now? Who is borrowing to finance a war for empire now?"

Because Russia is ascending as Bush turns the US into a third world nation.

This man is an influential member of the American Enterprise Institute, a criminal organization that passes itself off as a think tank.
