Tainted spinach traced to California

Sigh. Agribusiness as usual. What matters is profit.

25 years of consolidation in food conglomerates with the feds cutting back inspection programs and gutting regulations, and we now have all kinds of problems in the food supply, problems that didn't exist prior to the "Reagan revolution."

Now if you die from e coli or salmonella or your brain turns into pudding from Prions, you're just collateral damage in the class war.
