New estimates and views on remittances
At a news conference to be held in Quito, Ecuador on September 13, the IDB's Multilateral Investment Fund will present its latest estimates on remittances to Latin America and the Caribbean. It will also discuss survey results revealing new attitudes among remittance senders and receivers regarding how they spend, save and invest their money.
