Cheney Offers to Bet on Congressional Republicans

Sure.
How can republicans lose when they control the privatized voting software and privatized voting computers, computers that have been repeatedly demonstrated to have been designed for ease of tampering, and have secretaries of state who are willing to purge voter rolls of democrats, fail to place adequate number of ballots in democrat leaning districts, collect ballots only to throw them in the garbage, and lie, cheat and steal constantly.
And that's just the stuff we can prove.
