Production difficulties in Nigeria, Iraq and the Gulf of Mexico have unsettled oil markets at a time of rising global demand and a limited supply cushion.

Production difficulties?
Ah, they must mean political upheaval caused by wealthy global business men involved in oil and war machines pushing for more political instability to enrich themselves even further. Billions a month just aren't enough.
