Homeland security is not going to keep the country safe. It isn't designed for that at all. National Security and safety are what foreign policy must do. And since the Chimp in chief has pursued a foreign policy guarenteed to create more terrorists, you just have to conclude DHS is about the economic restructuring the corporatists have already succeeded in implementing to a huge degree.

Department of Homeland Security takes your taxes and passes them around to offense defense corporations who, step by step, make your life less private and your society more totalitarian.
