The reason Vermont is considered far left of mainstream politics is that Amerikkka has become a nation of right wing extremists. It had the tendency anyway, but the media tampering that has been ongoing since the mid eighties has made it inarguably so.

There's nothing left wing about wanting to impeach the most lawless, power hogging, lawless, lying, big government-intrusive president ever.
