Negroponte

The Problem with what Negroponte, a murdering psychopath and detritus from the Reagan administration (I'll get his story up over the weekend) is saying is that he misses the actual FACT.
The actual FACT is not that a civil war in Iraq will spark regional conflict, but that the Amerikkkan invasion of Iraq has already sparked regional conflict and it is likely to get much worse
