Former first lady's donation aids son

Former first lady Barbara Bush donated an undisclosed amount of money to the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund with specific instructions that the money be spent with an educational software company owned by her son Neil.

Since then, the Ignite Learning program has been given to eight area schools that took in substantial numbers of Hurricane Katrina evacuees.

Why, you may ask, is the media not yelling about this?
Why, you may ask, are the democrats not raising hell about it?

    I'll tell you why.

Both parties are bought and sold within exactly the same corrupt system of campaign finance, which may as well be called GOVERNMENT FOR SALE.

The 2 parties are on the same side. The side of corporate money. Everyone in Washington is on the same payroll.

Why would the media ever criticize these people? Look at what they've done for the people who own the media.

It is an outrage, an outrage that these giant conglomerates own the media system, an outrage that defense contractors who stand to profit from war and our bloated, productivity draining, life squandering, empire obsessed military, own television networks.

We used to have rules to prevent this kind of conflict of interest arrangement prior to that senile, dribbling old fool Reagan getting in the white house.

The Clinton Bush fund. Please. The Clintons make me sick. Bill Clinton escalated the problem with media ownership with his own "telecom reform" act.

We need public financing of all our elections. We need to reimplement the rules about media ownership the right wing has thrown out over the last two and a half decades, and we need to reinstitute the regulatory rules, most especially the fairness doctrine.

And we need voting with a paper record.

The Bush family, GOD! They disgust me. They're all a bunch of sociopaths.

Neil Bush? He should just be getting his parole from his SILVER ADO crimes.

These people have no empathy, no shame and will kill to get what they want. If they aren't pathological, who is? And they're stupid fuckers. They are cunning, but dumb as a box of denatured dirt.

The fact that that family has attained the level of political power it has shows how fucking broken America is.

I saw that Nazi bastard Rumsfeld practicing the wit and wisdom of Joseph Goebbels on TV at the gym and I'm really wound up from it.
