Tom Delay: Everyone's Representative, as long as they're buying

Russian executives linked to US lobbyist Jack Abramoff sought US Representative Tom DeLay's support on a bailout for Russia's economy by contributing US$1 million (HK$7.8 million) to a group tied to the legislator, The Washington Post said.
