No wonder they avoided the FISA Court

DANGEROUS TERRORIST

Now it makes sense.
When you're illegally spying on reporters and political opponents you can't petition a judge for a warrant.
I've been puzzled why the neocons - or shall I just call them cons? - would bypass the rubber stamp spy court. Now I begin to see.
Nixon would be so proud.
