Yeah, Right. Growth in Jobs Overcame Slump In November

Yes, but this administration defines manufacturing jobs as burger assembling at (Mad Cow) McDonalds.
See how happy Greenspan is? That's because his policies have helped screw so many people. ( It certainly isn't because he's so pretty or so ethical.)
In any case, he's very proud of himself.
Reliable journalism , because you have to be very careful and skeptical and check for verification of information found in the Washington Post and New York times etc, point out that while there may have been job growth, there hasn't been wage or benefit growth. The quality of these new jobs, in other words, sucks.
There isn't much attention paid to the fact that the New Orleans clean up, such as it is, has been bought with suppressed wages, migrant workers, Halliburton bundling and so on, though the post cites the Katrina clean up as contributing to new jobs in building.
and so on and on ad infinitum. The point is once again we have a major media outlet distorting reality. The article dances up to some of the truth but fails to embrace it. Who the hell do they think is reading their paper? Oh, they think idiots read it.
