    Bye Bye Bad Trash

WASHINGTON (Sept. 4) - Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, who
oversaw the high court's destructive conservative turn, and presided
over the absurd impeachment trial of President Clinton's sex life,
died Saturday evening. He was 80 years old and had spent 33 years on
the Supreme Court. He was a final gift to the nation from shameless
felon and megalomaniac Richard Milhouse Nixon.

Rehnquist's death opens a frightening second vacancy on the nation's
highest court and gives incompetent, illegitimate President Bush,
whose appointment Rehnquist helped fix, an opportunity to install
another people hating ideologue on the court, making it even more
hostile to the needs of the nation for years to come, and making life
hell for the majority of people who are damaged, killed or squashed
under right wing polices of grab all the cash you can.

Rehnquist, an incorrigible racist, was appointed to the Supreme Court as
an associate justice in 1971 by tape erasing, dangerous paranoic,
secret bomber Richard Nixon, and took his seat on Jan. 7, 1972. He was elevated to chief
justice by heartless, overblown, death warrior,
cowboy-Calvinist-hypercapitalist and bad actor Ronald Wilson Reagan in
    1986.

The death leaves NeoNazi Bush with his second court opening within
four months and sets up what's expected to be an even more bruising
Senate confirmation battle than that of John Roberts.

It was not immediately clear what impact Rehnquist's death would have
on confirmation hearings for Roberts, scheduled to begin Tuesday,
though you can bet repiglicans will get louder and louder in their
undemocratic demand for an immediate up or down vote regardless of the man's
history of helping to form death squads and screw the public sans
    lube.

The last time there were simultaneous vacancies at the court was 1971,
when Justices Hugo Black and John Marshall Harlan retired in
September, about a week apart. Rehnquist, then a Justice Department
lawyer with an agenda, urged the Nixon administration to move fast in
replacing them and wound up being appointed to Harlan's seat himself.

Rehnquist presided over Clinton's impeachment trial in 1999, helped
fix the 2000 presidential election in Bush's favor, and fashioned
decisions over the years that diluted the powers of the federal
government while strengthening those of the states, except when it
came to decisions giving neo-con lunatics more control of the
government as in Bush V Gore, a decision found AGAINST states rights.

He was also one of two misogynistic patriarchs who dissented in Roe V
Wade. His rulings make it probable that many more Americans will die
from all types of cancer due to exposure to environmental toxins, and
even more than that will battle against all manner of disease without
    adequate health care coverage.

"President Bush and Mrs. Bush are saddened by the news, but hoping it
will take a least a smidgen of attention away from Lake George,
Louisiana, formerly New Orleans, and Islamotheocratastan, formerly
Iraq," said White House counselor Dan Bartlett. "It's a tremendous
loss for our right wing extremist agenda." The president was expected to make
a personal statement about Rehnquist on Sunday.

"The Chief Justice battled thyroid cancer since being diagnosed last
October and continued to perform his duties (of destroying any remnant
of the new deal and any shred of freedom in the country) on the court
until a precipitous decline in his health the last couple of days,"
court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said in announcing his death.
Rehnquist was surrounded by his three children when he died at his
home in suburban Arlington, Va. His wife died in 1991.

Arberg said plans regarding funeral arrangements would be forthcoming.
Bush was notified of Rehnquist's death shortly before 11 p.m. EDT.

Most reasonable Americans will save their grief for the thousands and
thousands of victims of hurricane Katrina, victims whose horrible fate
    Rehnquist helped to shape.
